Can I operate multiple organizations on the same instance?
Yes, in multi-organization mode each tenant has separate branding, data, and permissions. We also offer a dedicated instance when contractual or technical isolation must be total.
Is the platform available in other languages?
The interface and the content you publish are configured to your operation. During a commercial evaluation, we confirm the language and localization scope your organization needs.
Deployment and adoption
How long does an initial deployment take?
It depends on the modality, user volume, and content. A scoped environment with templates and initial pathways can be operational in a few weeks; broad programs or migrations require a phased plan we agree on in writing.
Can you migrate data or history from another system?
We assess it case by case: users, enrollments, and historical evidence each carry different complexity. We define scope, format, and coexistence window before executing.
Do you provide support for the launch?

How is data and files protected?

Can a third party verify a certificate without accessing the panel?
Yes. Every credential can be checked at a public URL with a unique code. The PDF download uses a signed link with an expiration.
Can I export evidence for an audit?
Yes. Reports and activity logs allow exporting information according to role permissions. The exact scope is reviewed with your compliance team during implementation.
